Following on from the eyeball ripping argument:
Everyone in the group uses THE SAME SONG TITLE
Everyone in the group uses THE SAME BAND NAME
However, as an individual, you use a DIFFERENT ALBUM TITLE and have DIFFERENT 11 TRACK TITLES ON YOUR DIGIPAK.
For your magazine adverts, therefore, YOU WILL ALL USE THE SAME BAND NAME but have A DIFFERENT ALBUM TITLE.
You can share a 'made-up' logo...
